Roller Hockey has quickly grown in appeal throughout the world over the past several years, and the demand for fast, durable, roller hockey surfacing has grown with it. Roller Court, by ACTION FLEX™ has been greatly fortified over traditional roller surfaces with tremendous attention to the industries performance needs.
Improved structural strength under the top surface, comes from time tested engineering dating back to the Roman Era. The “arch”, and it’s strength has been used for hundreds of years, and to this date has not been improved upon. It is still the most widely used strength support design system in most bridges today, and is the reason why bridges dating back to Julius Caesar and before, are still standing.
Roller Court brings modern technology to old engineering with high impact polypropylene copolymer plastic. Our top surface layer is a measured full 3mm, or 1/8” thick, making it the thickest in the business.
Improved strength underneath combined with extra thickness on top means less blemishes and “stress marks”, on the playing surface from repeated pounding of hockey sticks or other athletic equipment.
It also means your floor will stay that much more beautiful for a longer period of time even with rigorous use. Tight seams and a unique “U Joint” locking mechanism provides perfect flatness from tile to tile to ensure no impedance in puck glide. The result is smooth sliding from one end of the rink to the other, and passes each player can count on. |
